Double or Twin Room . . . Poetic and Artistic 

Our double and twin rooms are named after poems from "Olvidos de Granada":"Reino de La Polilla", "La Jitana Prendida por el Sol", "Corazon Nuevo", "Deseo", "Las 3 Diosas Brujas de la Vega" and "Melisendra".   These translate as “Forgotten Granada”: “Kingdom of the Moth”, “The Jitana arrested by the Sun”, “New Heart”, “Wish”, “The 3 Goddesses Bujas de la Vega” and “Melisandra”.

All of these rooms are located around the galleries of the first and second floors of this Granada Hotel which was built back in the 16^th Century and features an inner courtyard. 

Each room is unique and has been decorated to an extremely high standard and furnished with hand selected furniture and individual pieces of art.   Large comfortable double or twin beds are made up with top quality bed linens.  The floors are terracotta and covered with oriental rugs creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.   One of the major features of the rooms is the high wooden ceilings which give an indication of the Moorish past of our unique building.  Gentle but effective lighting also go towards creating a relaxed and stylish ambience. 

Each room in this stunning Granada hotel comes with its own en suite bathroom which has the finest tiling, power showers and Molton Brown accessories.  They also come complete with flat screen TV and free WiFi is available in all our rooms and in our communal areas.

Our aim at El Ladron de Agua is to really make your stay in Granada truly special.  Part of fun of your visit no doubt is exploring our historic city and visiting the sights.  Our experienced staff are happy to give you advice on what to do and where to go to make the most of your stay.  Much of the city can be explored on foot, and due to our great location you can be safe in the knowledge that you can come back to our cool oasis of a Granada Hotel for rest and refreshment whenever you need to.
